Description
Avelumab biosimilar is a programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) blocking antibody. Avelumab is a human IgG1 lambda monoclonal antibody that has a molecular weight of approximately 147 kDa.
Avelumab biosimilar is supplied at a concentration of 20 mg/mL as a sterile, preservative-free, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless to slightly yellow solution, which contains 5.1 mg/mL D-mannitol, 0.06 mg/mL glacial acetic acid, 0.05 mg/mL polysorbate 20, 0.03 mg/mL sodium hydroxide, and Water for Injection. The pH range of the solution is 5.0-5.6.
