Description
Nimotuzumab biosimilar has a humanized human-mouse h-R3 heavy chain and a humanized human-mouse h-R3κ-chain. nimotuzumab binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a signalling protein that normally controls cell division.
Nimotumab biosimilar is supplied at a concentration of 5 mg/mL as a sterile, clear and colorless, preservative-free liquid, which contains 0.45 mg/mL dibasic sodium phosphate, dihydrate, 1.8 mg/mL monobasic sodium phosphate, 0.2 mg /mL polysorbate 80, 8.6 mg/mL Sodium chloride and Water for Injection.
